Outdoor Club

For well overPicture of the Outdoor club display in the high school hallway a decade, Holly Area Schools students have played and worked outside.

Bronchos have mountain biked, rock climbed, white water rafted, hiked, and served communities through environmental projects in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Michigan.

These days, much of our action takes place on our home trail, the Foundation Trail at Holly High School, a 3.1-mile trail system with beginner and intermediate loops--built by staff and students! The trail is open to the public for hiking, biking, and running.

The club is moving into winter activities such as winter hikes, indoor rock climbing at Planet Rock, and possible ice climbing at Peabody Ice Climbing in Fenton. As of now, we will continue weekly Thursday activities, so get those warm clothes ready! Check the announcements or see Mr. McCreedy for more information. Mr. McCreedy - joshua.mccreedy@hask12.org
