Adult Transition Program

Special Education Adult Transition Program

The Holly Area Schools Adult Transition Program serves students who are 18-26 years of age and is designed to teach functional life skills and entry-level work sills to students in Special Education.  Program activities take place in the community, at work sites, and other locations.  The daily living, academic, and domestic skills that are an integral part of working and the adult world are also emphasized.  Transition supports integral parts of adult living such as accessing public transportation, budgeting money, social skills, following directions, and more.
