Annual Skyward Online Student Information Verification 2024-2025
Complete Your Back to School Packet Online!
Updating information is made quick and easy online through Skyward Family Access. All currently enrolled families will use Skyward Family Access to verify and update information currently maintained in the system to get ready for the upcoming school year. The online process allows you to update family information, emergency contacts, complete food service applications and other required forms in the comfort of your home and at your convenience.
Note: The enrollment process for new students will still take place through our online enrollment process - Skyward New Student Online Enrollment. If you have questions on enrollment, you can contact our Enrollment Office at 248.328.3106.
A tutorial is available to walk parents through the Online Verification process.
Log in to Skyward Family Access to begin the process. The primary parent, as listed in Skyward, will need their Family Access login and password to begin the process. A login includes first initial + last name + three digits (example: jsmith000). If you do not have your Skyward Family Access account information, please email family.access@hask12.org for assistance or you can call 248.328.3106 prior to August 1st. You may start contacting your child's main office for assistance beginning August 1st. You will receive an email confirming your Online Verification after successfully completing the process.
It is recommended to complete the Online Verification process using a computer or tablet rather than a mobile phone. Computers will be available by appointment at our Administration office located at Holly High School by calling 248.328.3106.
Throughout the Skyward Online Verification process, you will be acknowledging various forms and documents for your student(s). For a quick reference, we have compiled all of the registration documents below. District Forms are used by all students and building specific documents can be found under the specific school.

For the 2024-2025 School Year:
Students in Young Fives through 5th Grade will be leaving their devices at school, so there is no need to purchase the protection plan for students in those grades.
Students in grades 6th through 8th will have devices stored in carts in the building, but will have the opportunity to bring devices home, so a protection plan is still advised.
Additional Parent Information from Online Verification Process
The first day of school for the 2024-25 school year is August 26, 2024, and it is a half day. See your building web page for school hours.
For Elementary Parents/Guardians and Students:
Teacher assignments will be available for viewing in Skyward after August 23rd if you have completed your Skyward Online Verification process. If you need assistance, please contact your student's main office.

Broncho Virtual Back to School Letter
Parent/Guardian Orientation:
BVS parents/guardians will be given learning coach logins with a video demonstrating how to navigate within the platform and monitor student progress on the first day of school. Additionally, on August 3rd, Holly Area Schools will host a Parent Camp between 8 am- 11 am at Holly High School. On this day, several sessions will be focused on strategies for supporting students in online learning. BVS parents and guardians are encouraged to attend one of these sessions as well as any other sessions of interest.
Student Orientation:
Before the start of school, students will receive an email with login information. Students will use the same username and password used to sign in to their district Google account. During our orientation, students will attempt to log into the platform. At that time we will work with any students unable to access their accounts to ensure there are no delays in working on classes. Teachers will also go over communication/attendance requirements, show students how to navigate the Accelerate Education platform, and demonstrate how to submit assignments. BVS students will be expected to attend the initial in-person orientation session unless prior arrangements are made with the Broncho Virtual Director.
