Making a Payment

Holly Area Schools utilizes a program, e~Funds for Schools, for making online payments. This program offers options for parents/guardians who choose to make payments online and is extremely user friendly. The program allows various school fees and food service payments to be electronically withdrawn from your checking account or charged to your credit card with the flexibility to make a payment at any time through your student's Skyward Family Access account or by visiting our e~Funds for Schools website directly.

Mobile Payments

Mobile Pay is a responsive website optimized for smart phones/tablets that use either Android or Apple operating systems.  It allows parents to view meal balance, make payments and update payment information all without the inconvenience of finding a PC.  Mobile Pay also has the ability for guests to make purchases without comprising account security.  When using the mobile app, make sure you log in before trying to make purchases!

I don’t have an e-Funds for Schools Account

Click the "Create and Account" option and provide the requested information.
After your account is created, you will need to add students and a payment method.
Click the "Manage Account" then "Manage Students".  On the right, add the student's last name and their Student ID Number (Viewable in your Skyward Family Access Account  or you can contact your student's main office for assistance).  You will then want to set up your payment method by clicking the "Payment Settings" option then "Payment Methods".  Now you are ready to make purchases for your student.

Click “Add.”  You can add each child in your family to one e~Funds account and make payments on behalf of all of them at the same time.

I don’t have a Family Access Account

To obtain a Skyward Family Access user name and password, please email Family.Access@hask12.org or contact your student's main office.  Please be sure to include your name, the name of each child in the district, your email address and a daytime phone number.

 

Help! I’m on the e~Funds for Schools website, and I’m having trouble!

Due to security compliance changes, as of September 25, 2017, access from older browser versions has been restricted.  The following are the minimum release levels for access to the e-Funds for Schools Payment Portal:

  • Internet Explorer 11 or higher
  • Google Chrome version 44 or higher
  • Mozilla Firefox version 44 or higher
  • Opera version 30 or higher
  • Apple Safari version 9 or higher
  • Microsoft Edge – any version
