Early On / Strong Start

Early On addresses the Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities Program (Part C) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).  Early On covers children from birth to three years of age.

The goal is to support the development of infants and toddlers with disabilities and minimize potential for development delays.  Through early intervention, and partnerships with State agencies, we can improve outcomes for our children.

Please contact the Special Services office at 248.328.3170 to get further information and/or to start the referral process.
