NETWORK ELECTRONICS
The Bidding Documents consist of plans and specifications as prepared by Triple R Consultants, P.O. Box 302, South Lyon, MI 48178. Documents may be downloaded from the USAC-ERATE site via Form 470 for this project. Contact Jeremy Flores at Triple R Consultants, jeremy@triple-r.us, if you need assistance viewing or obtaining documents from USAC.
An opaque envelope bearing your proposal must identify your company, the project being bid “Network Electronics - FY2026 USF Bid”, “November 17, 2025” and “Sealed Bid, Do Not Open”. The proposal shall be addressed to the attention of Ms. Linda Earl, Director of Business & Finance, Holly Area Schools, 6161 E Holly Rd., Holly, MI 48442. The bidder must also upload a complete electronic copy of their bid on the Triple R bidder portal no later than 1:00PM, November 17, 2025. The bidder must contact Jeremy Flores at jeremy@triple-r.us to request access into the bidder portal for bid submission.
Bids must be delivered no later than 1:00PM local time on November 17, 2025 to Holly Area School District at the address noted above. At which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Should the District be closed due to inclement weather, Bids will still be opened using the bidder portal for all properly submitted bids uploaded to the bidder portal by 1:00PM local time on November 17, 2025.
The Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.
All Bids must include an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance.
The Bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) Bid Bond, of the total base Bid price, made payable to Holly Area Schools, with the sealed Bid. No Bid Bond is required if the total base Bid price is less than thirty-one thousand three-hundred and twenty-one dollars ($31,321.00). Any Bids for $31,321.00 or more received without a Bid Bond will be rejected by the District.
Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
