Hello Holly Area Schools families,

We’re excited to share with you our November Newsletter! This month’s edition is filled with timely resources, family events, and opportunities to stay connected as we head into the winter season.

In this edition, you’ll find:

  • Upcoming family events, including our Mental Health Resource Fair on November 20th at Holly Middle School—featuring local agencies, family workshops on anxiety, depression, and the effects of social media, and more.

  • Highlights from recent events like Preparing Our Kids for Success and Parenting Hacks from Raising Good Humans, which offer practical strategies for building routines, communication, and mindfulness at home.

  • Articles for families, including insights on helping teens explore college majors and careers and how parenting can strengthen empathy, patience, and personal growth.

  • Health and wellness connections, such as fall illness prevention tips, Oakland County’s free Nurse on Call service, and information about Care Solace, a free service available to HAS families that can connect them to mental health care 24/7.

  • Community supports, including Holly Area Youth Assistance (HAYA) programs, the Fenton Center of HopeWellness Wednesdays, and low-cost/free transportation through WOTA.

We encourage you to explore the full newsletter for articles, resources, and ways to stay engaged with Holly Area Schools.

Thank you for being such an important part of our Broncho community!

Warmly,
Cheryl Price and Sydney Sinclair
