PRINCIPALS OF DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP B 22101B
Leadership is designed to develop the leadership skills and abilities of our student leaders. Throughout the term, we will seek to refine leadership skills that are evident within our student leaders as well as challenge our leaders to hone other skills that may not have been utilized before. Organization, time management, delegation, and personal responsibility will be areas given special attention to. Students actively engaging in student leadership experiences will develop strong leadership skills that they can utilize throughout life and will be given many opportunities for personal growth and development. They will have a deeper understanding of inter-personal dynamics and will increase involvement with peers, staff, school and community.
