Busing Mask Update
Dear HAS Families,
I would like to share the following update to Friday's reminder regarding Oakland County Health Division's lift of the county mask mandate. Soon after our announcement yesterday we learned about the lift of the mask mandate on school buses. Please see the following statement from the Centers for Disease Control.
"Effective February 25, 2022, the CDC does not require wearing of masks on buses or vans operated by public or private school systems, including early care and education/child care programs."
With this announcement, masks will no longer be required on our school buses.
Holly Area Schools will support our Broncho families and staff to make the personal choice of wearing a mask at our school buildings and on our school buses.
