If you would NOT like your contact information (student name, parent name, address, phone number, email address) shared with Kids Read Now (summer reading program where Kids Read Now sends you 9 books to keep and read over the summer), please complete and return this form to your child’s principal by (date). 

If you want your child to participate in Kids Read Now program DO NOT return this letter. Returning this letter is opting out of Kids Read Now.
