- Zippered pencil pouch to hold supplies for all classes:
- Pencils and pens
- Pencil top erasers
- Set of colored pencils
- Set of markers; a few black sharpies
- Highlighters--variety of colors
- Sticky Notes
- Glue sticks
- Calculator (TI-30XS–if you want your own; we have class sets)
- Earbuds (kept in snack-sized Ziploc in pencil pouch) or headphones - these may be used daily (no wireless AirPods, please)
Math:
- 1-subject spiral notebook for math notes & worked-out examples
- 4 black dry erase markers (teacher will collect and store in the classroom)
ELA:
- Independent reading book
Science:
- 1-subject spiral notebook
Social Studies:
- Nothing extra

Band
All Bands Supply List:
- An instrument in good playing condition
- 3-ring binder (1 inch - any color/design)
- 50 page protectors
- Pencil to keep in your binder or instrument case (no pens)
- Maintenance supplies for your instrument (valve oil, trombone slide lubricant, cork grease, extra reeds)
- "Concert Black" Performance Attire
- Black dress shoes
- Black socks (if needed)
- Black dress pants, skirt, or dress
- Black dress shirt (long or short sleeves are fine)
The goal of our concert attire is to present a uniform and professional appearance for students on stage. We are not the style police. Please reach out if you need help with appropriate concert attire.
Choir
All Choir members are responsible for the following items as their formal performance uniform:
♫ Plain black dress pants/skirt accompanied by a plain black top. -OR- A plain black dress.
♫ Simple, solid black closed-toe dress shoes.
♫ Solid black socks or tights (if needed).
Please note that all Holly Middle School dress code rules apply. Students not complying with the school dress code will not be allowed to perform.

If your children receive free or reduced school lunches, Holly Area Youth Assistance may be able to help you with school supplies as well as any ‘pay to play’ or extracurricular activity fees.
